Return and Refund Policy

At Velenor, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in perfect condition, and returned in the original packaging with tags. There must be no signs of wear, use, or damage, and the return must be approved by our team in advance. Returns that don’t meet these conditions or are submitted late will be refused. Return shipping and any customs or handling fees are the customer’s responsibility. Hygiene-related items may not be eligible once opened.

Final Sale Policy

Items purchased at up to 50% off or more are considered final sale. These cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. This policy ensures fairness during exclusive, limited-time promotions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Claims made after this window may not be approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the result. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before fulfillment begins. If your order has already entered processing or shipping, a cancellation fee may apply. Final sale items (50% off or more) are not eligible for cancellation.

Gifts

If you received the item as a gift, approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
