Can I return my order?
Yes, we allow returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, your item must meet the conditions below.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach clear photos of the product and your order number.
Claims submitted after this window may not be approved.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.
If your order is already being handled or shipped, we reserve the right to apply a fee for processing and logistics.
Gifts
If your item was purchased as a gift, approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Final Note
Return shipping and related fees are not covered by us.
